Ordering Information

You may pay for your items using Paypal or with a money order. If you are paying with a money order, please make it payable to Gail West, 368 County Route 60, Waverly, NY 14892.

Items will be shipped within one business day. Local pickup at the gift shoppe is also available if you live in the area. You will not be charged shipping for local pickup!

The shipping cost is based on the weight of each item. If you purchase multiple items, the shipping calculator will total the cost for you. There are several shipping options available for you to choose from.

I welcome international customers! The shipping calculator will provide you with the shipping costs for your country. In some cases, you will need to enter your postal code. Shipping for international will be through the United States Postal Service. First class international has a size and weight limit. If your order doesn't qualify for first class, it will be shipped priority. I will send an invoice for the undercharge should the calculator add incorrectly. I will be happy to give you a shipping quote before you purchase!

Return Policy

I am happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping to me. I will issue a refund for the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost.
